Visit Castle Lucens

Exceptional visit of the castle of Lucens

Sunday, 30 September 2018, the privat castle of Lucens will exceptionally open its doors to the public to explore. Moudon Région Tourisme is going to organize guided tours through eight centuries of history and stories – from the gothic keep to the private apartments of the Bernese wing. Visitors will get the opportunity to explore the courtyards and the Bishop’s palace, the oldest part of the edifice, on their own. Maybe, while roaming through the donjon, you’ll meet our storyteller?

The Museum Sherlock Holmes, formerly lodged in the castle, is participating in the event by extending its opening hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at a one-prize of 5 CHF per person.
